Truck Suspension Details
1. Introduction
This guide will help users fill out the Truck Suspension Details checklist to track specific criteria related to truck suspension inspections. Proper usage of this checklist ensures that the suspension system is regularly inspected and meets operational standards.
2. Accessing the Checklist
Log into the VSD Fleet MS system with your user credentials.
Navigate to the "Truck Suspension Details" module under the VSD Fleet MS section.
3. Completing the Checklist
To create a new checklist or view an existing one:
- Click New to start a new checklist.
The checklist contains the following field:
Criteria: Enter the name of the suspension part or inspection criteria (e.g., Shock Absorber, Leaf Spring).
4. Using the Editable Grid
The checklist is set up as an editable grid, meaning that you can enter and modify multiple suspension parts or criteria at once:
- Click on a cell in the Criteria column to add or update the suspension part you are inspecting. Review all entries before saving to ensure accuracy.
